Yoga TEACHER TRAINING

300Hr Yoga Alliance Certified

Deepen your knowledge, sharpen your skills, and tailor your path.

Our 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is modular. You choose which modules best align with your professional, personal, and spiritual goals. Complete enough hours in the mix to fulfill the certification requirements, and build a body of work that reflects your gifts.

Structure & How It Works

  • Module-Based: Each module is a standalone course (50-100 hours). Take only one or several.

  • Flexibility: Mix & match modules across different areas: Somatic Healing, Breathwork, Ayurveda, Prenatal & Postnatal, Meditation, Yoga Nidra and more.

  • Pacing: Go at your own pace — you can complete in 1-3 years, or longer, depending on your schedule.

  • Certification: Once you accumulate the required hours in contact teaching, practice, and mentorship (if applicable), you’ll receive the 300-Hour Certificate, and eligibility for Yoga Alliance registration.

  • Prerequisite: Completion of a 200-Hour YTT or equivalent foundational training.

“The body is a multilingual being. It speaks through its color and its temperature, the flush of recognition, the glow of love, the ash of pain, the heat of arousal, the coldness of nonconviction. . . . It speaks through the leaping of the heart, the falling of the spirits, the pit at the center, and rising hope.”
