Iraimer Ruiz is a private wellness practitioner, Ayurvedic chef, and longevity consultant known for delivering highly personalized, results-driven health systems.
Working with a select number of private clients, she operates as a single, trusted partner—guiding every dimension of wellbeing, from nutrition and movement to nervous system regulation and long-term vitality.
Her work is rooted in The Sacred Movement Method—a comprehensive system that unifies the body, nourishment, and the nervous system into one cohesive, results-driven practice. Developed through both lived experience and over a decade of hands-on work, the method addresses a critical gap in modern wellness: the tendency to treat the body in parts rather than as an integrated system.
Through this approach, Iraimer combines Ayurveda, somatic healing, breathwork, movement, and longevity-based nutrition to support metabolic health, emotional regulation, recovery, and sustained energy. Clients often experience measurable improvements in sleep, digestion, stress resilience, and overall vitality.
Alongside her private practice, she is the founder of The Sacred Movement Academy, where she trains practitioners in breathwork, yoga, and integrative health—equipping them to build high-touch, deeply personalized wellness practices of their own.
