Founded by Iraimer Ruiz, The Sacred Movement Academy serves as a International Yoga Alliance certified school offering both 200HR and 300HR teacher training programs, lifestyle immersions and retreat-style teaching programs rooted in holistic healing, Science and Spirituality.

The Sacred Movement Academy offers a map for mind-body-soul connection rooted in Bhakti, Ayurveda, traditional Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga and Somatic healing practices.

Through our trauma-informed methodology you will have the opportunity to explore different avenues to union, and where to take the conscious-connected path as you begin to develop the lifestyle and your own teaching style, standing centered, grounded and empowered in our world of ever-fluctuating change.
