Join Iraimer Ruiz & Kaleigh Calhoun for a nourishing one-hour reset designed to ease your mind, uplift your spirit, and fuel you for the week ahead.
We’ll open with a heart-warming cacao ritual, followed by guided pranayama breathing techniques to bring the nervous system into balance and calm. From there, allow yourself to be carried into deep tranquility with a sound meditation / sound bath journey, expanding your inner radiance and elevating your energy.
This is your invitation to pause, recalibrate, and reconnect — all you need to bring is yourself (and if you’d like, comfortable clothes that let your body relax with ease).

ABOUT THE FACILITATORS
IRAIMER RUIZ LOPEZ
KALEIGH CALHOUN
Iraimer and Kaleigh are devoted practitioners and facilitators, walking the path of Yoga and Ayurveda as living sciences for embodied wisdom and harmonious integration with both the inner and outer worlds. Rooted in a shared commitment to meditation and mindful living, their work invites others into deeper alignment, nourishment, and recalibration of the body–mind–spirit.
Together, they explore and guide through multiple channels of transformation—pranayama, somatic breathwork, yoga asana, and sound healing—offering practices that awaken vitality, restore balance, and cultivate inner spaciousness.
Since 2021, Iraimer and Kaleigh have been collaborating as co-facilitators in Yoga Teacher Trainings internastionally, weaving their skills and perspectives into a unified field of practice and teaching. Their partnership extends beyond the classroom, having led local retreats in New York City as well as international immersions, creating sacred spaces for self-care, self-healing, and community healing through the holistic and natural path.
Their work is both grounded and elevated—professional yet deeply spiritual—an offering for those who wish not only to study and practice, but to truly live yoga as a path of integration, radiance, and wholeness.
