Immerse yourself in a 90-minute sanctuary of rest, healing, and reconnection. This special class blends the deeply nurturing practice of restorative yoga with a continuous, intentionally curated live sound healing journey—inviting your entire system to slow down, soften, and remember its natural rhythm.
We begin with gentle movements to awaken the breath and body, then ease into a series of fully supported postures using props to cradle you in stillness. Restorative yoga activates the parasympathetic nervous system, calming the mind, soothing the heart, and supporting the body’s innate ability to heal from within. It’s a practice of being, not doing—where you are met with deep presence and compassion.
As you rest, the space will be filled with ethereal live soundscapes—singing bowls, rain sticks, chimes, and other harmonic instruments—woven to guide you inward, soften energetic holding patterns, and open the portals of deep meditation and subtle awareness. Sound healing helps regulate the nervous system, balance brain wave states, and promote cellular harmony.
Throughout the journey, aromatherapy with pure, therapeutic-grade essential oils will gently envelop the senses, grounding the body, calming the mind, and elevating mood through the powerful link between scent and memory.
We’ll close with pranayama (breathwork) to revitalize your energy channels and mantra to center you in the heart—awakening the vibrational power of your own voice and realigning you with your inner truth.
This offering is an invitation to reconnect, restore, and realign—body, mind, and spirit. All are welcome.
Come float in stillness. Come home to your inner light.
