Our New York City Weekend Practicum is ideal for students who prefer a local, modular approach. This format spreads the in-person experience across three weekends, allowing participants to integrate learning in real time between sessions.

  • Three in-person weekends (Sat–Sun), full days from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

  • Morning sadhana and mindfulness practices for self-regulation

  • Supervised breathwork facilitation practice

  • Peer and faculty feedback circles

  • Ethical, trauma-informed guidance for group and individual facilitation

Our California 7-Day Immersive Retreat offers a deep, residential experience for students who want full immersion. This retreat is all-inclusive, combining lodging, meals, facilitation labs, and a nurturing retreat container designed for deep integration.
