Offering both, in-person retreat-style training immersions and online courses, each module grants you the necessary tools to successfully practice, teach and live the teachings so that you can serve your community from an embodied devotional place.

 
 

100HR AYURVEDA FOUNDATIONS & LIFESTYLE

Ayurveda is a map for balanced, vibrant and healthy living.

Designed to introduce you to Ayurveda as a lifestyle that enhances your health and helps you cultivate harmonious living while helping rediscover your true nature, this course bridges ancient holistic wisdom with a modern approach to practically apply Ayurveda’s time-proven system of holistic healing in all arenas of your life.

From daily to seasonal self-care practices, guidelines on diet, activity, and rest, as well as proper use of your senses, together we will explore the pillars of Natural Medicine, Ayurvedic Diagnosis and Pharmacology in accordance with the three doshas: Vata, Kapha & Pitta.

100HR MEDITATION TRAINING

A relaxed mind is a focus mind.

Rooted on the classical techniques found in the Hatha Yoga Pradipika, Shiva Samhita, Gerand Samhita and the Bhagavad Gita, this training is designed to introduce you to the process of Meditation: Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana and beyond.

Practically applying meditative techniques, from the mat to our everyday life, can help us brings a sense of inner awareness, connection, clarity, purpose and relaxation on both our mental and physical health.

50HR YOGA NIDRA TRAINING

Relaxation is a need, not a want.

Designed to introduce you to the potent practice of Yoga Nidra known as “The Art of Conscious Relaxation”, this course includes history and variations of the ancient and recent history of the practice; Nyasa (placing mantras around the body), Hatha Yoga in Yoga Nidra, Dharana Concentration and Dhyana-Meditation in Yoga Nidra.

Practitioners will leave with a in-depth understanding of the mind and how to realign our mindset through the practice of Sankalpa, as well as human brain-waves, sleep stages and patterns, and how to teach this amazing healing practice to others.

Open to teachers or seekers.

100HR MARMA THERAPY & AYURVEDIC BODYWORK

Bodywork is compassion and self-love in motion.

Designed for ayurvedic practitioners, acupuncturists, massage therapists, yoga teachers, and bodywork healers from any tradition who want to learn about Vedic acupressure, methods to stimulate the energy points, and the release of tension within the body, this course introduces powerful body-work treatment practices inside of Ayurveda — Nasya, Basti, Shirodhara, Abhyanga and Marma Chikitsa

Additional time will be spent on the fundamentals of Ayurvedic theory, the origins of massage, and ethics training through the lens of Yoga and Ayurveda.

100HR ASANA LAB & THE ART OF ADJUSTMENTS

Advanced Asana is defined by how consciously-connected we are.

Designed to dismantle the concept of “advanced asana” as merely complex shapes, this training is designed to help you master yourself through the system of asana.

Through a step-by-step approach and adaptations of the physical shapes, invitational language, and in-depth study of the art of adjustments —both verbal and hands-on— this course will guide you in refining and mastering the practice of meeting yourself on the mat.

50HR TRAUMA-INFORMED SOMATIC TRAINING

Trauma-Informed is People-Informed.

Designed to provides Yoga and Meditation teachers, Space Holders and Holistic Wellness Practitioners with a solid understanding of what trauma is, how it affects us, and how to approach trauma within a Somatic Mindfulness Practice setting, in this course we will explore research-based insights on how trauma impacts our neurology and physiology, how Somatic Mindfulness can address the dysregulation created by trauma, and how we can weave this awareness into supportive, trauma-informed mindful healing spaces.

Practitioners will leave this training not only with an intellectual understanding of trauma, but with a more deeply embodied self-awareness, which is crucial to the delivery of any these somatic healing practices.
