RESTORATIVE YOGA

60-75 MINUTES

Soothe the nervous system, and peacefully integrate body-mind through fully supported postures that are held for extended periods of time, using props and tools within your own home.

 

YOGA NIDRA & GUIDED MEDITATION

30-60 MINUTES

A blend of pranayama (Yogic breath techniques), guided meditation, and sound healing through singing bowls, and other ethereal sound makers.

 

THE CLEARING: PRANAYAMA PRACTICE

30 MINUTES

In this 30-minute practice the breather is guided through different Yogic breathing techniques (Pranayama) that support the somatic connection of body-mind, and regulate the nervous system.
