JOIN US FOR A REVEALING DEEP DIVE INTO THE SACRED PRACTICE OF PRANAYAMA AND TRANSFORMATIONAL BREATHWORK MODALITIES

We are beyond excited to offer this retreat style immersion is in the STUNNING island of Vieques, Puerto Rico. Nestled on the edge of crystal clear beaches and lush mountains, we will be completely held by mother nature as we dive deep into the transformative practices of Sacred Breathwork.

This is an all inclusive experience beginning on the afternoon of March 19th, and ending after breakfast on March 26th, 2022. During your stay we will have local private chef - Paola Ramirez (@veganpau) - preparing decadent Ayurvedic plant based meals for us all to enjoy each day, and your daily schedule will be filled with sunrises, sunsets, morning sangha, breathwork sessions, workshops, meditations, and of course, relaxation and integration time.

Please look into your flights arriving into San Juan Airport to then transfer into Vieques, on the morning or early afternoon of March 19th, and flights departing in the afternoon of the 26th. Your transportation to and from the airport in Vieques is included in your immersion price. Airfares to and from San Juan, as well as Vieques Island is not included.

TO ENSURE A COVID-19 FREE EXPERIENCE

PLEASE READ THE REQUIREMENTS FOR ATTENDING THIS RETREAT BELOW

In order to guarantee the safety of all participants, facilitators of this course, and be considered for this retreat-style training portion, all participants must get a PCR molecular COVID-19 test (nasal or throat swab) no more than 72 hours prior to visiting the Island, and must submit proof of a negative result before arriving. Information on local testing locations in Vieques, Puerto Rico will also be made available to all participants if choosing to get tested once more upon landing or before entering the premises of our deep dive. While this is strictly enforced upon all participants, this in-person portion will remain as a socially distant event, and sanitizing stations will be available throughout the premises. Masks are encouraged around dining halls, pool areas, and other common spaces. We appreciate your participation, and commitment to doing our part to stop the spread of Coronavirus.

In order to TRAVEL TO PUERTO RICO, you are required to follow all travel guidelines put in place by the islands within Puerto Rico.

IRAIMER RUIZ:

Iraimer (Ira) is a 500 E-RYT dance-movement artist, trauma-informed holistic lifestyle coach, and educator of the healing modalities of Yoga, Ayurveda and Neurodynamic Breathwork.

Rooted in these Vedic sciences, she uses psychology and somatic practices in a modern practical approach as a means to empower others in the process of rising above their current state of awareness, so that together we may connect to the internal source of wisdom and love within and succeed in the journey of overall well-being through natural living. She aims to guide individuals through sacred journeys that ignite their curiosity to rediscover themselves, and offers practices to both balance and integrate the body-mind with the soul’s purpose (dharma), and from here, align the inner with outer environment for harmonious and embodied lives.

Based in the north east coast, and her home base - Puerto Rico - Iraimer leads culturally-immersive retreats, healing gatherings, teacher training and wellness consultations internationally.
