This 90-minute master class combines elements of Asana (poses), Yoga Nidra (meditation), and Pranayama (yogic breathing techniques) to calm, re-center and support your body-mind in this upcoming seasonal transition from Pitta into Vata.

This class will culminate with a short intro to Self-Marma Therapy (energy pressure point therapy) to help yous release tension from the body-mind and support your immune system by increasing blood flow and vitality.

Capacity is limited to 12 people, and registration is required to save your space.

Event is held at Sanctuary NYC - Stanton Street Yoga in the Lower East Side of Manhattan.
