My beloved community,

Your presence, contribution, energy and love has been the greatest gift for us all at the Sacred Movement Academy.

The last 15-years have been some of the best years of my life, and a big part of that is because we had a community space centered in devotion, selfless love and conscious living in the Lower East Side of NYC.

As we come to the ending of our time at Sanctuary NYC Retreats, I would like to invite you to one final yoga class with me this weekend!

Join me for my Sacred Flow Vinyasa class - the first class I ever shared with you through Stanton Street Yoga!

This is an opportunity to cherish the space that brough us all together, and to close a chapter in our lives so the next can begin!
