Ayurveda Psychology: The Senses, The Mind & Soul

Ayurveda Psychology

The Senses, The Mind & The Soul

Ayurveda, Yoga's sister science, is a 5,000-year-old system of natural healing rooted in the ancient culture of India.

In this workshop we will dive into Yoga & Ayurveda Psychology, understanding the nature of the Self, the nature of the mind, and how external influences such as diet and lifestyle affect the balance or imbalance of our mental states, and thus, entire experience of life. We will then discuss how to find our ideal state of mental and physical balance so that we may utilize this powerful force of the mind in ways that uplift our consciousness, and thus our entire experience of life.

TOPICS TO DISCUSS:

- The nature (and predicament) of the Soul

-  The nature of consciousness (chitta)
